Easy, healthy salads

Many times eating fruit and vegetables can be really yummy.

I stopped by recently at “Juicy Lucy” and loved the amazing range of juices, smoothies, salads and other treats.

Two easy recipes to make at home in 5 minutes:

MANGO SALAD

Just cut the ripe mango in slices and add a bit of cayenne and lemon drops!

CALE SALAD

Once you have cut the leaves, pour the necessary amount of olive oil to make them softer and add raw sunflower seeds. Mix it altogether and ready to eat!!
