The time of excess is over. The horizon we walk towards is of well being, both physical and spiritual. Starting with eating and continuing with meditation and yoga. The stressful and complex modern societies require that we develop stronger emotional intelligence and skills to endure frustration and failure. Celebrities are choosing to spend more and more time close to the nature -beach, farm- practicing surf, growing vegetables, gardening…, in short, benefitting for a green, eco, clean lifestyle where some sort of discipline and oriental philosophy are present too.
